Parkland is a beautiful neighborhood in Sunnyvale that offers suburban comforts with rural charm. Tree-canopied streets and the two excellent parks that anchor the neighborhood give Parkland the serene feeling that residents cherish. Built between the 1950s and 1970s, most of the homes surrounding Ponderosa Park, the northern part of Parkland, are traditional one and two-story homes, while the southern part of Parkland near Raynor Park is occupied by modern, single-story houses on spacious lots.
